Join our Tribe!

We are currently seeking happy and open-minded individuals to join our Sea Natives tribe. Our team consists of roughly 20 crew members from all corners of the world. This includes both all-season team members and short-term staff, who work with us for a minimum of one month.

For the 2025 season we are still looking for:

• Build Up Crew

  • Are you a handy man/woman and can you handle some tools! Then we need you, to set up our cosy camp!

  • Start end of April till the end of May, minimum stay of 2 weeks

• Nannies

  • One full month minimum stay required for June, July, August, September until October

• Bar/Reception Crew

  • One full month minimum stay required for June, July, August, September until October 5th. Alternatively, full season positions are available.

• Kitchen Crew

  • One full month minimum stay required for June, July, August, September until October 5th. Alternatively, full season positions are available.

• Surf Coach

  • Full Season 31st of May - 4th of October

• Photographer

  • One full month minimum stay required for June, July, August, September until October 5th.

• Skate coach

  • One full month minimum stay required for June, July, August, September until October 5th. Alternatively, full season positions are available.
